Terwijl iedereen de Wii U al een beetje achter zicht heeft liggen qua third-party support en er bedrijven (EA) zijn die de console totaal lijken te negeren, komt Activision toch een beetje terug op dat idee. Ze hebben aangekondigd dat Call of Duty: Ghosts alsnog gaat verschijnen op de console van Nintendo. Dit gaat op vijf november gebeuren, gelijk met de Xbox 360 en Playstation 3-versies van de game.
